Unable to load the image in jupyter

The bug:
Hello,
I'm trying to use this amazing annotation tool to collect some labeled images for my machine learning algorithm.
The problem is when I run python code. It seems that it can't upload image for annotation. So the output is an interface with all options but without an image ( that I insert in image_path ).

Do anyone here know how to fix the issue.
