Angular 1, Step 9: adding dotanshima:accounts-ui-angular

In step 1, we first removed blaze-html-templates.
Now in step 9 (Users & Authentication), we are installing dotanshima:accounts-ui-angular, which automatically installs accounts-ui, accounts-ui-unstyled, angular:angular and blaze-html-templates.

Where is the point in that?

Also, I have problems with the angular version here, it installs version 1.4.8, which I think messes with my npm installed module versions.
