I think this would be a nice topic for best-practices, what do you think @J535D165

We could suggest the following options, or split them up for individuals vs. teams to make these tips more specific
Scenario: create new organization and manage everything yourself.
E.g.
https://github.com/asreview-ftm-hackathon

Scenario: create team in organization
The team has a team page for discussion and repository overview. All repositories should be in the organization and the team has to be invited as member of a repository to make the repository appear in the team list. See e.g. https://github.com/orgs/UtrechtUniversity/teams/research-engineering/

Scenario: combine repositories from different project members in a list-repo or on a GitHub page. See: https://utrechtuniversity.github.io/research-engineering/projects/ and https://github.com/UtrechtUniversity/awesome-utrecht-university
