How to turn on the Physics via python script

I'm running blender4.2 with mmd_tools4.2.2 via background mode. I use python to import a pmx and a vmd then render 3D video.
That's worked well.
Now I want to turn on the physics just like the picture via python code. How should I do?

Turn on Python tooltips in Blender then you can see the function.

I was able to add physics calculations, but when I move it, the chest and hair behave strangely. Is there a way to fix it with version 4.2.2?
