v4l2 is misssing in quickstart.sh process

May be I am wrong. After following quickstart.sh process for 35.4.1, though it flahsed successfully in Jetson Orin Nano Devkit but after flash could not find v4l2 in the system.

I do not want to install in the system using internet. I prefer add the packages in image during image build.

I think , I need to change in samplefs but there are 6 files in there but did not know which file is using in the process.

I could not find any discussion option in the repo so I have opened an issue for that. It is not a bug I guess because I find out in Jetpack SDK manager process also do not include the v4l package by default.

what you could do is downloading the deb packages from https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/20.04/ubuntu-universe-arm64/v4l-utils_1.18.0-2build1_arm64.deb.html
After the first boot, copy them to the target and install them manually without internet connection. But you should also have an eye on the dependencies.
