npm install react-scripts@latest
            install this command to final folder 

and 
     npm install express to api and 

after that start them.

In this TOdo list app i have made fully functionality todo app,in which we can add new task ,delete the task and also there are some predefined task.

Also,in this TOdo list app i have made the feature those task complete whaich are completed canme mark tick w/o  them particular, and also it will be ight green in color while marked tick.

there will  also be the track of completed task.
