New release to allow browser-sync v3

As a work around we can install the current working development direct from GitHub with this command:

npm install git+https://github.com/Va1/browser-sync-webpack-plugin.git

It adds this into package.json:

"browser-sync-webpack-plugin": "github:Va1/browser-sync-webpack-plugin",
