Win 11 Home, 24H2

Running as service / Запуск программы как сервис

I run it as a regular program / Запускаю программу обычным образом

При запуске под админом goodbyedpi.exe напрямую либо через скрипты под админом вылезает эта ошибка

Антивирус, core isolation и прочие зищиты выключены

В журнале (событиях) Windows должны быть подробности.
