Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

1. I'm using Bazzite SteamOS on my Asus Ally, updating in Stable channel. After installing the patch released on Nov. 5th, the Performance overlay and the Quick Settings cannot display when I'm playing in stream.
2. Before installing this patch, the main UI can run at FPS 120; after this update, the main UI can only run at FPS 60.

These issue are not fixed after I installed the patch on Nov. 12th.
