I cannot run an offline session for longer than 15 minutes? Why not?

When you use the BotLab client software to start a play session, this is a known limitation. The only way to run sessions longer than 15 minutes in the BotLab client is to use an online session. (https://to.botlab.org/guide/online-session)

I get that the bot costs money and you want some money too but does the bot really need to be online? can't It just run only on your pc? All I want is a bot that if started always clicks own the next system in the route and then jumps or if that is not possible docks. Is there a free way to get that? I want to play this game as a screensaver mostly lol paying for that sucks.
