Refector helpers, perhaps put task specific code into the tasks execute method and inject a AWSClientFactory to the task to improve testing at the task level.

Allow Aws credentials to be embedded in the msbuild scripts or use the secure container. Have the base class check for awskey and use that if supplied.

Update dll name and namespace as it's no longer just an S3BuildPublisher
