First of all, your project has helped me a ton, so thank you. Def wasn't looking forward to implementing a web API for the SAS version, so I was quite happy to see your Python version available.
The issue:
Cancer.gov has "Born outside the US" and "US born" as options for a Hispanic sub race/ethnicity. I assume that this was not part of the calculation in 2018 when you put out your last version of this project. Any interest in updating your algorithm or are you done maintaining it?

Hi there! First off, thanks for using the project! It's nice to know someone was able to get some use out of it.
Unfortunately there isn't anyone working on this code anymore, so we're probably not going to update it. However, I'd accept pull requests. Or if someone forked the project and updated that, we'd gladly point to the new repository.
Would anyone be interested in being hired to do the work? I'm just a subcontractor so I'll have to check with my client to set it up, but considering the sea of numbers I'm swimming in right now looking at the code, it might be more economical for him to pay someone who actually knows their way around this stuff.
