It could be that my old BOM is incorrect, but among the fasteners, there are a lot more changes than just the M3x12 SHCS and M3 Threaded Inserts that the configurator's update BOM lists.

Can you please be more specific what seems wrong?

@raymondh2 Sure!

Maybe my old BOM is wrong (I can't find the original 2.4r1's BOM anymore), but among the fasteners I have noticed the following differences from my copy of the 2.4r1's BOM:

  • M5x16 BHCS - 8 more.
  • M5x10 BHCS - 5 more.
  • M5 Post-install T-nuts - 7 more.
  • M4x6 BHCS - 3 more.
  • M3x6 FHCS - 8 more.
  • M3x6 BHCS - 3 more.
  • M3x40 SHCS - 2 more.
  • M3x16 SHCS - 6 more.
  • M3x12 SHCS - 18 more.
  • M3x10 FHCS - 4 more.
  • M3 washer - 1 more.
  • M3 Threaded insert - 20 more.
  • M3 Hammer Head T-nuts - 13 more.
  • M2x10 Self-tapping Screw - 1 more.
