Checkout with registration

If we allow registration on checkout page this plugin stuck sending order (User see loading circle) and browser say

unexcpected EOF in checkout.min.js

User is saved properly, Order is placed in Orders but without TimeLocal info and with status "Waiting to pay"

If I turn this plugin off everything works as expected no delays. If i turn off registration on checkout everything works as expected. Order placed with time properly.
