No pick-up time in the mails

Describe the bug
When a customer choose the click and collect method and choose a datetime, this one is not precised in the mail for him and for me.

• Plugin Pickup Time Open Days Ahead Setting: Monday, Thursday, Saturday

@MaxenceLapotre54 do you have any other plugins installed that work with emails? I'm unable to reproduce this issue.
