Option to exclude date and only use time

It would be excellent if you could update the plugin to allow the choice to only include a time and not a date. For example, my client is putting out a line of products that will only be available for pick up on the two days before easter, they want to ask the customers to select a time for pick up, but the date is established in the options selection already. So no need for a date again which could only cause confusion for their customers and the client.
