SPARQL queries as input to parameter to workflows that output a graph
It would be great if one could send Construct/Select queries as input parameter to a workflow (i.e. the query is given when the workflow is executed).
Eric: "another possibility is creating an RDF Gears HTTP interface that would function as a SPARQL endpoint. It would accept SELECT and CONSTRUCT on any workflow that outputs the RGL type "Graph" (i.e. RDF graph). This will also make Jan happy as he can then throw a bunch of researchers at the query optimization opportunities"
This would also make me happy.
Query formatting in the UI
Sometimes, when saving a workflow with query nodes, the query string looses its formatting - it becomes a very long single line.
It would be nice to fix this, as it makes such a query hardly readable.
UI defect
Create a new workflow graphically and try to switch back and forth between different tabs. If the workflow was not saved before, at some point it is not possible to change back to the new-workflow tab.
