App Crashes on launch without connectivity #11

On First Launch of the app, if user does not have network connectivity, app should not crash.

Upon launch, app should display alert that notifies user that they will be unable to stream the radio
Navigating to the schedule page, schedule will display "No Network Connection, schedule unavailable"
Upon reconnecting, schedule should be fetched at the soonest possible time.
