Site mixed in with project instead of gh-pages #2679

After 3.5.1 release, the site got mixed into the root project. This appears due to old site distribution being in place and now working again with no indication to use gh-pages. A re-alignment to hazendaz/base-parent thus needs performed and all site info removed. The last site deployed on the project otherwise was from early 2024. Will work to get site deployment again off site branch that was failing to work for same reasons.
