QRC Flow

1. Run Calibre LVS in "Generate Calibre Connectivity Interface data" mode on in "Outputs" - "SVDB Database"
2. Copy Calibre query file "query_cmd" to LVS output folder
3. Run Calibre query command: calibre -query svdb top_cell_name -query_input query_cmd
4. Copy StarRC command file "starrc.star_cmd" to LVS output folder and modify star_cmd command file 
6. Find--- DATABASE EXTENT = [ -19.109 , -1.12 ] -> [ 29.66 , 11.61 ] in LVS log, and modify the starrc.star_cmd
5. Run StarRC command: StarXtract -clean starrc.star_cmd
