Create allatom polymere system from .xyz file in VMD How i made file you can check this
First you need to download the VMD Download VMD
Download or clone script for VMD to duplicate molecule
After installing open your_file.xyz in VMD "File->New Molecular"
Hit button Browse and choose path_to_file.xyz
In Viewport "VMD Disply" you can zoom in and out your molecular Also it opens in "VMD Main"
In VMD type "topo" to start ToopoTools and pless Enter(Win), Return(Mac)
Open "main.txt"downloaded scriptand chenge your name file.xyz and file.PDB "set fname YOUR_FILE_NAME.xyz" | animate "write pdb PATH_TO_FILE.pdb"
Then copy(Ctrl+C | command+C) downloaded script and pase(Ctrl+V | command+V) in to "startup.command VMD" window
And there you have your structure of polymere
