<th><h5 style="display:block; margin-top: 10px; text-align:justify;">CryptoPhunks are a parody, transformative, and dervivative work of the CryptoPunks under the Fair Use legak doctrine. CryptoPhunks became a overnight success in the NFT space and on OpenSea, the World's biggest NFT marketplace. After the success of CryptoPhunks, CryptoPunks creators lawyered up, resulting in the removal of CryptoPhunks from Opensea's cenetralized platform.</h5></th>

<h2>DAO Roadmap</h2>

<th><h5 style="display:block; margin-top: 10px; text-align:justify;">2. The DAO will file a Trademark application with the USPTO for the CryptoPhunks name owned by the DAO. After the Trademark registration, the DAO will memorialize an irrevocable license for the CryptoPhunks name to owners of CryptoPhunk NFTs.</h5></th>

Finally, the DAO will create a CryptoPhunks book containing all 10,000 CryptoPhunks and register the same with the US Copyright Office. After the copyright registration, the DAO will memorialize in writing the assignment of the individual CryptoPhunks IP to the holder of the cooresponding CryptoPhunk NFT.</h5></th>
