Hello - Looking at https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/WSDCGQ11LM.html these devices should be publishing these metrics but I cannot see them coming through - Any idea on why not?

Is there anyway to look at the RAW JSON and create custom devices?

The voltage property is hidden because it's not really useful but the battery property should be available.

If you enter zigbee2mqtt in the debug property of the adapter you can see the received JSON in the log.

Is there anyway to [...] create custom devices?

There is no way to do that manually with this adapter.

Oh, it looks like you are using the native adapter.
I can't help you with that.
It's no longer maintained.
If possible I would recommend switching to zigbee2mqtt.
This adapter also supports it.
You just need to enter the data of your mqtt broker.
