Furthermore why does 3Dep have a private scrape of authoritative USGS data? You people never heard of Git submodules or Forking?

Hi Mathew, We need to store a specific snapshot for the purpose of AFC test vector responses and it will be referenced in the Wi-Fi Alliance SUT Compliance Test Plan. Hence we need to store it on our GitHub.
