Should check if LPI support before reporting prohibited?

As a LPI approved DUT, we still get failure result when we operate in LPI mode as the FR / the Channel Cfis are not included in the AFC response.

Hi,
While it is allowed for an AP to use LPI power limits when the requested channel is not available in the AFC system response. But for testing purposes, we need AP to use SP channels so that the AFC DUT test harness verifies the compliance of AP following AFC system response. Is your AP only support a specific set of channels?

That's correct. Also, the channel is not changeable after the initialization.
