Logo link isn't clickable sometimes

On Chrome and Mac OS, a Wiki Education staff member noticed that they can't click on the logo to return to the home page from https://wikiedu.org/learn once the page has fully loaded. This seems to be related to the popup form which is configured for that page, and is occluding the logo even though it is not visible. I observed this bug in action, but could not replicate it in Chrome locally (either in my normal session or in incognito mode).
