Expected Behavior
Regardless of Scout's hosting location, user is able to generate an export and save it to their desktop. Should work with all export formats

Current Behavior
when using a cloud server, product never generates the export and just shows the progress bar rolling

  1. access scout on a cloud server
  2. create tasks
  3. click image or annotation export
