In Android 14's latest update, now Enable ADB can't be persistently on unless USB connected.

I'm trying to download it in the samsung s24 but I can't 😞

I haven't found a solution for persistent opening ADB but I think Shizuku is still downloadable from Izzysoft F-droid repo, Google Play, or GitHub, and it still work to connect to localhost's ADB with it with a WiFi connected.
