[Feature] Implement Dynamic Namespace Prefix Generation from Prefix.cc

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the namespaces used in Turtle-like files generated by Corese are either hard coded ones, "rdf" or generated ones "ns177". The long-standing website Prefix.cc contains the prefixes often associated to vocabularies. It also produces a dump of the prefixes in JSON format

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be functional for the prefixes used in turtle files to be generated using those known prefixes from Prefix.cc.
