Corese by default use a storage in memory. The persistency layer allow for storage in a graph database compatible with Tinkerpop.
- In order to use graph database storage, set the environment variable definition
-Dfr.inria.corese.factory=fr.inria.corese.tinkerpop.Factory
. - fr.inria.corese.tinkerpop.Factory defines a factory allowing corese to use a graph database as a triple store.
- To define the location of the database:
-Dfr.inria.corese.tinkerpop.dbinput=_database_path_
- use a graph db (currently only neo4j is supported) and change the behaviour of corese requests on the data:
prefix...
@db <db_repository_path>
@test # basculer mode datatype
@bgp # compilation bgp tinkerpop
select...
