Get backbone.fetch() e.g. backbone.sync() to work in ie7.

Remove shim dependencies #13

New components:

jquery.ie.cors.js - ie7 cors patches to allow backbone fetch to return and work correctly in ie7.
json-ie7 - JSON lib which works and is compatible with ie7.
Backbone has been updated from version 1.0 to version 1.1
jquery has been set to be 1.9.1 v2.x.x of jquery does not work with ie7.
