Link placeholder on wp_insert_post() reference page

A link to wp_strip_all_tags() on the wp_insert_post() reference page is only a placeholder, leading to a 404 error.

Why is this a problem?

The link points to https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_insert_post/_wp_link_placeholder, which does not exist.

Suggested Fix

Modify the link to point to https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_strip_all_tags/.

Hi @VarunSagarK. Your veracity in trying to track down how to fix this issue is admirable!

The contents of the "More Information" section of any code reference page is not sourced from parsing the code base, rather it's manually curated and edited through the "Explanations" module for the function reference page itself.

The change requested here will need to be handled by a member of the docs team with the explanations editor role.
