[HelpHub] Update Block settings screenshot in all the block pages

Update for 6.2

• For every block page listed in https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/blocks-list/, go into the Block Settings section.
• Update the screenshot image for the block settings for the block
• Also update the screenshot that shows how to show the sidebar.

Refer Stabilize the block inspector tabs experiment
Make Settings tab the default

General

• Make sure all screenshots are relevant to the latest version
• Add ALT tags for the images
• Convert all reusable blocks to a ‘regular block’.
• Update the changelog at the end of the article

@zzap There's just a few edits:

• "Post Categories" becomes "Categories"
• "Post Tags" becomes "Tags"
• "Pinterest" does not have a documentation page, maybe that needs to be added? New issue?
• "Instagram" has been removed / deprecated (Unavailable as of October 24, 2020) Make a note / remove?
• "Facebook" has been removed / deprecated (Unavailable as of October 24, 2020) Make a note / remove?
