I went and published this only to realize this tutorial had already been translated into Bengali and published earlier: https://learn.wordpress.org/tutorial/bn-adding-a-sticky-header-or-banner/ That translation was worked on in #1934

I'm so sorry I did not confirm this sooner. While I will close this issue for now, would you be interested in translating a different tutorial again? Now that you have done it a couple of times, hopefully the process will be even smoother.
