Import of a Glossary does not work on empty environment

After installing vvv with meta activated, import of a Glossary does not work

@psmits1567 can you be more specific? Which site, which import, steps to reproduce, and if it doesn't work what does it do instead?

It is the translate.wordpressorg.test
The translation site has the possibillity to export/import a Glossary. The glossary is locale orientated.

1. Select your locale in my case "nl"
2. Select Glossary
3. Select import Glossary
4. Import a file previously saved from the live site
   5 import that, and wait for the result.
5. Zero records are imported.
   This might have someting to do with the errors reported when opening the translate.wordpressorg.test site
