Currently, users join matrix rooms when they post a message (ie, a message imported from rocket) and never leave rooms.

This poses at least two problems :

users who were in a rocket room but never posted any message are not joined to the matrix room
users who posted some message but then left the rocket room are still in the matrix room at the end

It would be interesting to, at least at the end of the import, synchronize rooms' memberships between rocket and matrix.
