[OSS101] Task 3: Add Domain-Specific and Foundation Rankings

Description

• Implement domain-specific rankings, including detailed rankings for various technical fields.
• Implement a separate ranking for foundations.

Referring to the 2023 Open Source Annual Report, we have segmented the technology fields, including cloud native, artificial intelligence, big data, databases, front-ends, and operating systems. I hope this part of the rankings can be added to open-leaderboard.

In addition, we also hope to integrate the foundation's data into open-leaderboard.

@frank-zsy frank学长，这个任务需要oss.x-lab.info/open_leaderboard的数据，目前有没有技术领域和基金会部分的数据呢？如果没有的话，如何将已有数据放到里面呢？
