Describe the bug

Redstone ore in Gregtech Modern/Terrafirma greg is extremely bright.

Describe how your minecraft is set up

  1. Include a screenshot of the in-game f3 debug overlay. Please make sure it is fully visible.

Describe how to reproduce the bug

This is occurring on singleplayer, with the v2.0.4 release. No settings have been changed.
Screenshots below show it with/without shaders.

hmm... does this happen with this version of the shader: the last in-development version?
i would like to determine if i fixed it over time already lol

Its even worse, what is supposed to be red is just straight up white

hm ill have to test the mods and try and stop the glowing.
in the meantime, could you test if it happens with any other shader? ones like photon, kappa, nostalgia, shrimple, are good ones to test, as they are also deferred renderers. ones like complementary or BSL render differently, and may not have a problem at all.
this will highlight the possibility of a conflict between the shader loader mod (iris) and the other mods, and not just the shader itself

I think same happens to Better End's blocks in the END
It looks terrible, but I may know the cause
Better End seems to have some custom shader configs, though I might be totally wrong: light_colors.json
This is for coloured lights, and it is not for Shimmer mod that adds coloured lights to vanilla MC
There might be more of those files
It also might be some vanilla emission textures or custom render layers.

Better End blocks look way better e.g. with Photon shader, I can send some SS of BE if you want
