SystemManager: unable to scroll to last process in teams list

If you have a lot of processes running or resize the window so that it won't fit all of the teams then you can not scroll to the last item. The vertical scrollbar is active but it stops before you can view the last team. It is still possible to navigate to this hidden last item with the keyboard.

I am not able to reproduce it the next time I ran SystemManager. I will have to try and remember what steps I used to make the bug appear.

Ok, I have figured out the steps. While SystemManager is open if you run a command in a Terminal then when you return to SystemManager the scrolling will not go to the last item. I was only running the ps command.

Edit: I also have other scripts running in the background that are starting and stopping processes.
