Comments
I am also having this problem. OS: Arch Linux w/ Testing Repositories Enabled I am using the testing repositories as well as the KDE unstable repository testing Plasma 6. However, this issue occurs on the stable releases as well. |
suppose i should have mentioned that i'm on stable |
Know the system you are using.....Please run thunderbird the Wayland way. |
@Ximi1970 - i don't understand the relevance of your suggestion - you wrote "Please run thunderbird the Wayland way" while #159 states to force TB to use x11 i'm already using x11 so i'm not seeing how #159 is relevant

Sorry missed the x11 in the initial comment. |
It's also not working to me when the "Close" option is set to "Default close" (and Thunderbird is restarted after settings this option). However when the "Close" option is set to "Minimize main, close children" - minimization to tray works. |
@zaps166 are you using the same setup as the original poster? Please add the specifics for your case. |
Xfce4, X11, Qt 6.8.1, systray-x-common 0.9.10, thunderbird 128.5.1 |
