I'm encountering an issue with two new T-SIM7000G devices where they are not being recognized. In the device manager, I see "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". I tried with three different Windows laptops and the issue occurred for all three. I've used a number of these T-SIM7000G before and haven't had this occur, and I tried connecting my laptop to one of these devices that's in use and it was successfully recognized, so the issue seems to only be occuring for the newer devices that haven't had software uploaded to them yet. Are these devices defective? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

In this case, the USB bridge may be damaged, and an unrecognizable video is taken and sent to the dealer for after-sales processing.
