Right now Emutool overwrites generated amiibos with the same name. E.g. Monster Hunter Rise has two Palamutes or Palicos.
This results in only one amiibo that is lastly created instead of multiple ones.
So emutool will need a feature in a future update, that it detects if an already generated amiibo exists and creates a new one/folder next to it with a proper name.
Beside that: If a single amiibo is created, you can easily rename it so it will not get in conflict with a already existing amiibo/folder.
