It could be done by:

  1. Using a Cookies file that contains the session data (option -C, I believe)
  2. Using Chrome as described in README, but not in Incognito mode, so it'd use your session's data
  3. Doing CTRL+S, and then running Monolith against that .html file + folder, to get one monolithic HTML file out of it
