用户角色和权限要如何实现? #232

目标:通过登录的角色不同的用户,进入首页的目录也不同,可操作的权限也不同

在yao项目初始化后的xiang_user表里,账号有角色类型 (admin 管理员, staff 员工, user 用户, robot 机器人)
但是他们要如何使用?

在登录页有xiang/login/admin 和xiang/login/user 两种接口,在app.json里可以分别设置他俩的登录后首页地址,但是左侧的菜单目录还是一样的,设置的菜单编辑里也没有权限的操作

yao原生是否支持用户角色和权限分配能力?支持的话该如何实现?
