Create the Opportunity Funnel list in the order of status

Hi,

When we create the funnel chart in the dashboard, it sorts the funnel stage by each stage values.

How to sort the same based on the funnel stage order value (as shown the same order)

just go to the picklists panel (Software configuration/Standard modules/Fields – Picklists) and set the desired order there manually.

Hi,

If we change in the pickup list, it will reflect in the recording editing page only.

In the above picture, the record editing list having the desired order for the opportunity stage. But the funnel chart, align them based on the sum of the numerical values.

for example, the negotiation stage placed above and draft stage is placed in the bottom sections. Its sorted based on their sum of the estimated value.

in the actual sales, the negotiation stage having more chance for closing the order compared to draft stage. So its draft is earlier stage (1st stage) in the sales and negotiation is later stage (9th stage) of the sales process.

We wish to have the draft stage in the top and negotiation in the bottom of the funnel chart.

Kindly share the procedure to change the order in the funnel chart.

You can't use a funnel chart for this. The basis of this type of chart is that each segment becomes progressively narrower.
