Optional separate audio track

Right now the Script produces a presenter video which still includes the audio track, as well as a separate audio track. Some workflows might get confused if you upload all files together.

L2O should give the option to either extract the audio to a separate file or include it with the presenter videofile. This way there will always be at most one audio stream.
