Attachments do not open

EN16931_Elektron.pdf
shows #ef= before filename and empty window when clicked on Öffnen

I had accidentally saved the elektron example from En16931 instead of the xrechnung profile. In that case the filenames are prefixed by #ef= and do lack AttachmentBinaryObject in which case maybe öffnen should not be shown, open the correct attachment (of the pdf, in case it's loaded in that context), or open the window with a explanatory note

I have the same issue with saving a ZUGFeRD file with a pdf attachment in PDF24 and trying to open the attachment with Quba.

I'm not sure about the priority for this fix because to my knowledge the final version of the Schreiben des BMF https://www.bundesfinanzministerium.de/Content/DE/Downloads/BMF_Schreiben/Steuerarten/Umsatzsteuer/2024-10-15-einfuehrung-e-rechnung.html requires (german domestic B2B) attachments to always be part of the XML anyway

@jstaerk Are you refering to page 11 "3.1 Umfang einer Rechnung" ?
It states:

Ergänzende Angaben können jedoch in einem in der E-Rechnung enthaltenen An-
hang aufgenommen werden (z. B. eine Aufschlüsselung von Stundennachweisen in einer
PDF-Datei). Ein enthaltener Link erfüllt weder die Voraussetzungen nach § 14 Absatz 1
Satz 3 UStG noch nach § 31 Absatz 1 UStDV.

What is currently being generated from the attachment to the Zugferd PDF is a broken link.

Where does it state that the Rechnungsbegründende PDF has to be embedded in the XML that attached to the Zugferd PDF? I didn't find it in that document.
