I'm aware of this limitation. Essentially, the website checks the time range of available planet diffs upon loading and establishes limits based on that information. This helps users understand what time has been loaded by Thanos and what changesets are accessible. Ideally, this time range would self-refresh automatically over time, eliminating the need for users to refresh the website. However, due to the complexity of such a solution and the small user base, I'll consider this a low-priority issue for now.
