Embedd Zaparoo App web client in Core

Like Remote, I want a copy of the Zaparoo App to ship with and be available from the HTTP server running in Core.

The App will need some changes to gracefully drop down the UI when capabilities are missing like NFC reading, camera etc which need either app support or HTTPS.

This would be more like a consistent base config UI for all platforms rather than trying to match features of the full app.
