Multi-game discs don't show up properly in Managunz

So i decided to dump my Physically Copy of the Tales of Xillia 1 + 2 Ps3 Video Game and what happens is quite weird last time i btw tried dumping the game was way back in 2018 but anyways so the game in the normal PS3 XMB Menu shows up as 2 seperate Discs but inside a Homebrew Backup Tool like ManagunZ or Multiman as another example it only shows the first Game thats on the Disc i am guessing which is Tales of Xillia 1

Incase you require more Information i will provide with as much info as i possibly can but some info i can already tell you is that i run the latest Version of ManagunZ and Multiman and the Rebug 4.84 CFW on CEX Mode and a PS3 Slim
